Just ride more.

When you ride a bicycle on a trail covered with rocks, roots and varied terrain, and then pedal really, really fast, your mind can not focus on anything else except that next blind turn, that rock towards the right, that sharp drop down and immediate steep climb in front of you. For thirty minutes, two hours, or half the day… however much time you can spare… you escape from everything else in your world, and enter a place where very few people have been. There are some trails that take you to places which are quite magical. Huge rocks, moss covered trees, and smells that are so delicious; only shared by those friends around you who shared in the journey to reach that point. Riding a bicycle brings me peace, strength and balance in life.
